Homemade Glazed Donuts
Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup lukewarm milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 medium egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:
- Dough Preparation:

- In a separate bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons of milk, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla until well combined.
- Frying:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat for frying.
- Fry the donuts until they achieve a golden-brown color.
- Glazing:
- Once fried, dip the donuts in the prepared glaze, ensuring they are fully coated.
