Aromatic Bread Machine Recipe

The delightful aroma of freshly baked bread wafting through the house is an experience like no other. This easy-to-follow bread machine recipe guarantees not only a heavenly scent but also a delicious loaf that's worth the wait.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g granary brown flour, bakers
  • 300 g white flour, bakers
  • 300 ml water, tepid
  • 2 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 28g butter
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried yeast

Instructions:

  1. Place water in the baking tin of your bread machine.
  2. Add granary brown flour, white flour, powdered milk, sugar, salt, butter, and finally, the dried yeast.
  3. Load up the bread machine and select the setting that takes approximately 3 hours.
  4. Allow the bread to stand in the tin for 15 minutes before turning it out; this makes the removal process much easier.

Tips:

  • For an even richer flavor, consider adding a handful of seeds or nuts to the dough.
  • Experiment with different flour combinations to suit your taste preferences.
