Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened to room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted (plus extra for rolling)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour, sifted
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat and Prep:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Cream Butter and Sugar:
- In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the softened butter and sifted powdered sugar until smooth.
