Grandma's Christmas Shortbread Cookies
These Christmas Shortbread Cookies hold a special place in my heart, as my grandmother used to make them for me every year. Not only are they delicious, but they're also incredibly easy to make with just four simple ingredients.
Ingredients

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter, powdered sugar, cornstarch, and all-purpose flour.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until a smooth dough forms.
- Scoop out portions of the dough and shape them into rounds or your desired cookie shapes.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 325°F.
- Once baked, allow the cookies to cool completely.
Frosting: After the cookies have cooled, frost them with pre-made French vanilla frosting. For a festive touch, add half a cherry on top of each cookie.
