Sizzling Fruit Dessert Delicacy

Grilled Peaches and Blueberries on Cinnamon Brioche

Ingredients:

  • Fresh peaches, thinly sliced
  • Butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Brown sugar
  • Blueberries
  • Cinnamon brioche bread
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill (or Blackstone griddle) to the lowest heat setting.
  2. Place half a stick of butter on the grill to melt.
  3. Arrange the thinly sliced fresh peaches on the grill. Let them simmer for a while, ensuring they don't burn, and flip them periodically.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar (adjust to your liking) and a couple of spoonfuls of cinnamon (adjust to your liking) over the peaches. Allow the sugar and cinnamon to create a glaze and soften the peaches.
  5. After a few minutes, add a handful or two of blueberries to the grill. Let them simmer, flipping them to mix in. They will begin to release juices that coat the peaches.
  6. On another part of the grill, spread some butter-flavored Crisco and place the slices of cinnamon brioche bread. Grill them to a crispy golden brown on both sides.
  7. Plate the grilled peaches and blueberries on top of the grilled cinnamon brioche bread.
