Angus Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 pounds Black Angus beef
  • 2 bags frozen broccoli
  • 1 purple onion, chopped
  • 1 package shiitake mushrooms
  • 4 mini sweet peppers
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Goya Adobo all-purpose seasoning
  • Noodles (I used 1 box of spaghetti, but plan on using real egg noodles next time)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the noodles first, following the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cut the Black Angus beef into thin strips.
  3. On your preheated Blackstone griddle, start by adding a small amount of oil.
  4. Place the beef strips on the griddle and cook until they are browned and slightly crispy. You can season them with a pinch of black pepper and garlic powder for added flavor.
  5. Remove the beef from the griddle and set it aside.
  6. In the same griddle, add a bit more oil if needed and then add the chopped purple onion, shiitake mushrooms, and mini sweet peppers. Stir-fry until they become tender and slightly caramelized.
  7. Return the cooked beef to the griddle, and add the two bags of frozen broccoli. Continue to stir-fry until the broccoli is cooked and slightly crispy.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together Teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and Goya Adobo all-purpose seasoning. Adjust the seasonings to your taste.
  9. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables and stir-fry for a few more minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
  10. Serve the Angus beef and broccoli stir-fry over the boiled noodles.
