Ingredients
6 Slices Bologna
4 Slices of bread
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 Thick slices of tomato
2 Slices cheddar cheese
Cooking spray
Instructions
- Spread 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise on top of two slices of bread.
- Place a slice of tomato on each bread slice covered with mayo.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of the tomato slices.
- Liberally apply cooking spray to a skillet and heat it on the stovetop over medium-high heat.
- Before adding them to the skillet, make an x cut through the middle of each piece of bologna.
- Fry the bologna until caramelized and slightly browned, approximately 3–4 minutes per side.
- Remove the cooked bologna from the skillet.
- Top each sandwich with three pieces of the cooked bologna.
